UVIdoc and UVIdocLCD superbly designed low cost documentiation 
systems featuring a unique combination of simplicity and versatility. 
They operate as stand-alone systems for producing high quality thermal 
prints of gel images. However, the built-in disk drive unit also allows image 
capture direct to floppy disk (as TIFF files). These can be loaded into the
UVIdoc software provided to enable image maniputaion, annotation and 
simple analysis. Saturation monitoring of the live image nsures that 
fully quantifiable images may be captured first time. UVIdoc and UVIdocLCD 
are very similar systems with one main difference. The UVIdocLCD 
has a built-in 4 inch LCD screen which replaces the CCTV onitor supplied 
with UVIdoc. All other features and functions are the same for both systems.
