초정밀

콘트롤되어 사용자의 의도하는 실험조건을
충분히 충족할 수 있습니다.
정밀
서보 DC모터로 작동되는 COATING동작은 진동이
전혀 없고 0.1mm/min의 속도까지 제어 가능하기
때문에 SELF ASSEMBLY COATING시 진동에 민감한
물질의 코팅 작업에 아주 정밀하게 대처할 수
있습니다.
프로그램은
사용자의 의도대로 COATING작업을 설정할 수
있으며 특히 KSV-LM의 경우 여러 가지 종류의
막에 대한 코팅작업을 DIPPING 속도, DIPPING순서,
대기시간 등을 설정하여 연속적이고
반복적으로 정밀작업을 진행할 수 있습니다.
