품 특 징 (Features)
* Force Convection Oven : Fan Motor를 이용하여 Heater에서 발산되는 열을 Chamber 내에서
강제 순환시키므로 열의 확산이 빠르고 온도분포가 양호하며, 순환되는 공기는
수분을 빨리 증발시켜 확산시킨다. 열성실험이나 빠른 건조를 원할때 적합함.
* Stainless Steel 재질로 Chamber 및 Shelves 를 제작하여 내구성이 우수함.
* Silicone Rubber Packing 과 Lock Device 로 Door Closing 시 Chamber 와 외부와의 완전한
차단으로 열의 누출 및 손실을 극소화 함.
* 대용량의 산업용 열풍순환식 건조 오븐은 반도체, 전자부품 성형에 적합하도록 설계
되어 있으며, 내구성이 뛰어남.
* 내부 챔버는 내구성이 우수한 Stainless Steel (SUS 304) 로 제작됨.
* 디지탈 PID Controller 를 내장하여 정확한 온도 조절이 가능하고 타이머, 알람, 자동보정
기능등이 있음.
* 열효율을 높이기 위하여 Damper를 설치 할 수 있으며, 자동 배기 장치 추가 가능.
* 사용자의 안전을 우선적으로 고려한 과열, 과전류 방지용 안전 장치와 높낮이를 조절
할 수 있는 슬라이딩식 선반, 강력하고 소음이 적은 Fan Motor 부착.
